ONE Championship blew the roof off the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkokapex gaming88, Thailand, once again on December 13.

ONE Friday Fights 91 featured 12 thrilling matchups across Muay Thai and MMA, and the global fanbase was treated to edge-of-your-seat action from start to finish.

Before attention shifts to the organization’s tentpole event, ONE Friday Fights 92: Sitthichai vs. Shadow, on December 20, let’s look at everything that went down live in Asia primetime this week.

Komawut Overcomes Balyko In Nine-Minute War

Komawut FA Group had to work hard to overcome Alexey Balyko in the evening’s 140-pound catchweight Muay Thai headliner, but he did it in the end to make it back-to-back wins in ONE Championship.

The Thai star found a home for his punches and kicks in the opening round, but he was forced to eat shots from Balyko every time he made an advance.

The Russian’s fluid movement and dexterity saw him land blows in the second frame, but it was quite a bit off Komawut’s output. The 25-year-old opted to keep the fight in proximity, and he sliced Balyko with elbows and short-ranged jabs.

Komawut’s chopping low kicks inflicted more damage in the final three minutes, and he rained down punishing jabs, straights, and hooks to take a well-earned unanimous decision win, moving his record in ONE to 6-2 and his overall slate to 52-15.

Sonrak Chops Down Petwichit In Methodical Performance

Sonrak Fairtex showcased the perfect blend of power and technique against Petwichit Singha Mawynn in their 139-pound catchweight Muay Thai matchup.

After gauging the distance early on, Sonrak unleashed his left hand and repeatedly broke through Petwichit’s guard to landed vicious crosses with ungodly accuracy.

Sensing his Burmese foe’s near-limitless gas tank, Petwichit used his clinch work to slow down the pace in the second frame. But Sonrak engaged up close to slash open the Thai with a nasty elbow near the end of the round.

The Fairtex Training Center star continued his onslaught into the third frame, and he was awarded the unanimous decision win in the end.

The victory was his fourth in a row in ONE Championship, and it pushed his overall slate to 67-22.

Petsansab Outworks Dabdam In Highly Physical Encounter

Petsansab Sor Jaruwan stayed one step ahead of Dabdam Por Tor Tor Thongtawee to earn an impressive win in their highly physical strawweight Muay Thai encounter.

After a close first round where both fighters had their moments, Petsansab started to pull away in the second. He manhandled Dabdam in the clinch and controlled the action by landing big elbows.

Just when his foe was starting to get comfortable with the action, Petsansab changed levels. He set some distance from Dabdam in the third frame and struck with perfectly timed elbows and chopping kicks.

After three rounds, all three judges gave the nod to the former Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion, and he moved to 72-11 in his career with the unanimous decision win.

Jaruadsuk Uses His Precision To Perfection Against El Dakkak

Argentina's Monja Federico opened the scoring through a field goal just in the third minute as India fell behind early in the game. India did not take long to level the scores with Araijeet Singh Hundal finding the net in the seventh minute.

Belgium were ahead 2-0 at half-time with goals from Ambre Ballenghien (14th minute) and Vanessa Blockmans (20th). Both the Belgium goals came from penalty corners.

Jaruadsuk Sor Jor Wichitpadriew barely missed the mark in his 140-pound catchweight Muay Thai tilt with Amir El Dakkak.

The Sor Takainthong athlete was up against El Dakkak’s aggression in the opening stanza, but his timing and precision saw him counter effectively.

He had to rely on that again in the second frame, as El Dakkak was on the front foot once more. While the Swede’s shots landed, Jaruadsuk was on the mark with his punches and left kicks to cause noticeable damage to his opposite man’s midsection and arm.

The Thai star capitalized on that by playing the aggressor in the third round. Combinations flew in as he threw the kitchen sink at El Dakkak, and this was enough to earn the unanimous decision win in the end, moving his record to 2-0 in ONE Championship and 80-7 overall.

Sirichok Secures Sublime Knockout Finish Over Tanachart

Sirichok Sor Sommai was power personified in his 130-pound catchweight Muay Thai ONE Championship debut against Tanachart Por Patcharawat.

Both fighters wasted little time getting into the action, as they engaged in a phone booth brawl right off the opening bell, but it was evident that Sirichok had the fire to put this match to bed early.

In a brief moment of separation between the pair, the Sor Sommai man blasted Tanachart with a booming overhand right for the first knockdown of the fight.

Knowing his fellow Thai slugger was on borrowed time, Sirichok uncorked a series of brutal right hands and separated Tanachart from his senses at the 00:57 mark round one.
